“ Wine and Cheese Pairing made simple-the Chemistry behind the Romance”

Does red or white wine pair better with cheese? What wine do you pair to strong cheeses? How can you pair cheese to many different wines like at a party? Does the source of the milk matter-Cow, Goat, Sheep etc?
Jerry Comfort, Sr. Manager Wine Education for Beringer Vineyards, has created a tool to help demystify cheese and wine pairing. Using the tool he wrote, "The Beringer Progressive Wine and Cheese Pairing Wheel", you will explore the sensory of Flavor vs Taste, then pair 6 different cheeses with 4 different wines to explore some unusual pairings and to explain many traditional and regional pairings.
