It is processed in a minimal-intervention style that respects the subtleties of each vintage and honestly captures terroir in a glass. ídola wine co. is a boutique winery owned and operated by Ryker and Pooja Wall in Paso Robles, CA. We make wines in a minimal intervention style, with an emphasis on freshness and texture. We work with Mediterranean varietals all grown on the Central Coast and from organically farmed vineyards.
