Rick has been managing restaurants for almost 30 years. He started in Chicagoland and has worked in Alaska, Yellowstone and here in Vail for 11 years. He loves being in the kitchen and creating different types of pizzas. He loves all style of pizza but his favorite will always be good old fashion Chicago style. Go Bears!!
