He has led and developed notable projects such as Campobaja, El Tigre Silencioso, Taquería La 89, Caimán, among others, strengthening his creative and operational approach. Passionate about gastronomy, he combines his industry experience with an academic background in audiovisual studies, bringing a unique perspective to the conceptualization and execution of culinary experiences. Under his leadership, Campobaja, El Tigre Silencioso, and Taquería La 89 have been recognized by the Michelin Guide, with Taquería La 89 notably receiving the Bib Gourmand distinction for its outstanding culinary offering.
